International Shipping 

Packages will be sent by registered air mail with an online tracking number provided. 

Standard Worldwide Shipping takes 10 to 14 business days for mail items to reach recipients.

Speed Post takes 5 to 8 business days for mail items to reach recipients. 

Please kindly understand that mail delay does happen. It is subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc. Please contact us if you have not received your package within a reasonable time.

What is the Shipping cost for Standard Shipping?

Worldwide Standard Shipping costs USD12.00.

Free Worldwide Standard Shipping is available for orders over USD85. 

 

What countries can I ship my order to?

We ship to any country in the world. 

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If the mail service loses your order, we will send you a new one for free or you can choose to receive a refund 60 days after the order is shipped.

Please note that no refund will be given if your order has not arrived in less than 60 days. This is because mail delay does happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. 

If you still haven't received your order after 60 days, please email support@xplayershop.com with your order number, so we can work out a solution.
